STATEMENT: This sculpture was inspired by the trees protruding out of the still waters at Keepit Dam. Their bare form reflex a magnificent silver shimmer in the late afternoon across the waters edge.
ARTIST BIO: For a number of years I have been working with galvanised wire. Through this medium I have achieved success by transforming a rigid product into something active and full of movement. Most of my inspiration comes from animals and nature, and I enjoy exploring new mediums for my sculptures.
