Our History
A Regional Event with Lasting Impact
Founded in 2001, Sculptures in the Garden began as a regional sculpture exhibition with a vision to bring artists and the community together in an inspiring natural setting. Since then, it has grown into a nationally recognised event, attracting artists, collectors and visitors from across Australia.
Over the years, the exhibition has showcased hundreds of sculptures and helped build an impressive collection of public artworks throughout Mudgee. Each event continues to celebrate artistic excellence while strengthening the region’s cultural identity.
